- Petroleum, petroleum products, natural fuel, and related substances
- Any substance deemed hazardous by federal, state, or local laws
- Vehicles and Related Items:
- Vehicles (except for loading and unloading)
- Fuel (except a small amount in stored items with proper containment)
- Fuel oil, grease, lubricants (except in operating parts of stored items)

- Living or Sleeping:
- Living or sleeping in the unit
- Using the unit as a legal address
- Business Activities:
- Operating a commercial, industrial, manufacturing, or distribution business
- Using the unit for exhibition, rehearsal, or any activity with an audience
- Environmental Hazards:
- Releasing, storing, using, treating, disposing of, or handling hazardous substances without written consent
Definitions:
- Hazardous Substance:
- Any substance defined as a “hazardous substance” under CERCLA.
- Petroleum, petroleum products, natural fuel, natural fuel liquids, liquefied natural fuel, and synthetic fuel.
- Any other substance or material deemed hazardous, dangerous, toxic, or a pollutant under any federal, state, or local law.
- CERCLA: Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act, 42 U.S.C. Section 9602, et seq., as amended.
