WHEN CAN I MOVE IN?

Your move in date is the Effective Date on your Reservation. Gate access is from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM every day.
HOW DO I PAY MY BILL?
We accept check, cash or credit (VISA, MasterCard, American Express) or debit card. We are an affiliate of U-Haul so you can pay online or be set up on AutoPay.
WHAT TO DO IF MY ADDRESS CHANGES?
You can change your address or other contact information at any time. However, any changes must be submitted in writing.
IS THIS A LONG TERM COMMITTMENT?
No, there is a one month minimum commitment and then it is Month to Month. We pro-rate rent from the Effective Date to the end of the month (plus a one time $10 Admin fee). After that it is like an apartment lease. If you are there on the 1st you pay for the month. If you move out on the 27th you do not get three days refunded. Please give at least a ten day notice to vacate.
WHAT TYPE OF LOCK IS USED?
You supply your own lock. It can be any type of padlock. The round type are the most secure.
WHAT IF I FORGET MY GATE ACCESS CODE?
Please call the office for assistance. We recommend  customers save the the A-1 Storage office number (251-943-2682) with their gate code and unit number on their cell phone.
ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTED ITEMS?
Yes, items such as weapons of any kind, contraband, gasoline or hazardous items are not permitted.
